The choice between the different transport options, as well as the amount of the shipping costs, depend on the item chosen (weight, dimensions ...) and the service you request (delivery by two people, unpacking, etc.) .

a- Terms of payment

Whatever your choice, your order will be processed upon receipt and validation of your payment.
b- Terms of delivery
The products bought on Woooo France are only delivered in metropolitan or continental France and in the World.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
Woooo France can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing.
The shipping or delivery time of the products is explicitly mentioned in the description of each product.
The indicated deadlines are average deadlines and correspond to the time of dispatch, to which are added the delays of routing for the products destined to Metropolitan France or mainland and Monaco.
In any case, these deadlines are given for information only and subject to availability.
In case of foreseeable lengthening of the shipping time included in the description, Woooo France commits to inform the customer as soon as possible and by any means so that it can then choose the maintenance or the total cancellation or part of his order.
The mention "shipped within 24, 48 or 72 H" applies to products available in stock for which the preparation, packaging and delivery to the carrier are made maximum 24, 48 or 72 hours after the validation of the order.
This period is excluding weekends and holidays, and according to the quantities available.
Delivery occurs within a period generally found 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the validation of the order (except items for which an additional period is expressly stipulated at the time of order). Woooo France can not be blamed and held responsible for the consequences of any events beyond its control, including cases of force majeure or due to the carrier, which tend to delay or prevent the delivery of products ordered.
"Temporary or permanent unavailability of products at our suppliers: In case of permanent unavailability, we promise to refund the missing items, without delay and no later than 30 days in accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20-3 of the Consumer Code. However, you may be offered replacement items of a quality and an equivalent price. In case of temporary unavailability, we inform you of the date on which the product will be available again. You then have the possibility to maintain your order with these new deadlines or to cancel it. In the latter case, we promise to refund the missing items without delay and no later than 30 days in accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20-3 of the Consumer Code.
The delivery period or non-performance of the contract can not in any case result in the payment of damages to the benefit of the customer or its service providers.
In case of non compliance with the deadline mentioned in the description, the customer can cancel his order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

The cancellation will be taken into account by Woooo France only if the shipping or delivery has not occurred between the sending and receipt of said letter. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the letter recommended by Woooo France. The customer agrees, for himself or for the recipient of the order, to take delivery of the goods to the address he indicated when ordering.
At the time of delivery, the customer or the recipient of the products must be able, if requested, to prove his identity. The customer agrees, after opening and checking the contents of the parcel (s) in the presence of the carrier, to sign the delivery receipt presented by the driver.
In case of problem, the customer will bring all reservations corresponding to observations found on the sheet of signature, will co-sign the delivery and will keep a copy of the document.
In case of transport damage, the customer must refuse the damaged product to the deliveryman and indicate "Refusal for damage" on the sheet of registration or else any recourse against the latter would be impossible.
By signing the delivery receipt outside of specific reservations, and accepting the products, the customer acknowledges having received the goods in a state giving him full satisfaction.
Therefore, any claim related to the condition of the delivered products can not be received.
In the event of delivery not conforming to the order in quality or in quantity, the customer must inform Woooo France, indicating the reference of the order.
4) Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the ordered products, to exercise his right of retraction, without having to justify reasons, nor to pay penalties.
The return costs are however borne by the customer.
If the customer uses this right of withdrawal, the return of products must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by all accessories and possible notices in perfect condition for resale, with the original invoice to which products relate and the return number given by the Customer Service. Any damaged product, incomplete, absent or whose original packaging has been damaged, or without the invoice accompanied by the return number, will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer, at the expense of the latter.
Woooo France also reserves the right not to accept the product in case of absence of accessories mentioned in the product data sheet.
Woooo France recommends the customer to return the products with additional insurance guaranteeing, if necessary, the compensation of the products up to their real market value in case of loss or damage to the package or packages.
Woooo France is responsible for the exchange of goods or refund of the sums paid by the customer for returned goods, excluding contributions to shipping costs.
The refund can be made by re-crediting the credit card, by bank transfer or check within a maximum period of 14 calendar days following the date on which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, under the strict condition that the customer has previously returned the product to Woooo France.
5) Period of validity of the offer and the price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros.
All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.
Woooo France reserves the right to change prices at any time and will be billed based on the rates of payment.
These prices are applicable in the context of distance selling. They can not, in any case, be the subject of a request for application in store (and vice versa).
